Paul Dulle brings decades of experience in successful nonprofit management. Before the merger that created the UCP Seguin Foundation, he served for 20 years as president and CEO of United Cerebral Palsy of Greater Chicago.
He began his career as a special education teacher and rose to become superintendent of the Southwest Cook County Special Education Cooperative. In 2006 he was named president and CEO of the Education Research and Development Institute. In 2017, he retired as President/CEO of ERDI and now serves as ERDI’s Chair Emeritus.
Dulle has served on boards including the Council for Exceptional Children Foundation, Infinitec Southwest, Illinois Career Path Institute and Loyola University Chicago School of Education. His honors include the Mayor of the City of Chicago’s Technology Leadership Award.
